Atomic Processes, Including Photoabsorption, Subject to Outside Charge-Neutral Plasma

We present in this review our recent theoretical studies on atomic processes subject to the plasma environment including ? and ? emissions ground state photoabsorption of one- two-electron atoms ions. By carefully examining spatial temporal criteria Debye–Hückel (DH) approximation based classical Maxwell–Boltzmann statistics, we were able represent effect with a screening potential VDH terms Debye length D, which is linked ratio between density N its temperature kT. Our data generated from detailed non-relativistic relativistic multiconfiguration structure calculations compare well limited measured results most experiments.
